After trying many different crusts which were ok, I was craving something closer to the white flour crust we all grew up on. Naturally, I tried sprouted whole wheat flour to make a super-healthy alternative to the “unhealthy” white crust. I made a pizza for our weekly “Pizza Night” and I was greatly surprised and tickled! The sprouted crust was so good and tasty!
