Can you believe they are healthy?

Since starting my healthy fat/healthy carbs lifestyle 3 years ago, I have made many a flops in the dessert category? How bout you? A few that had way too little of sweetness, some that had too much bitter stevia…..well, this dessert is one that’s hard to screw up! I love the caramel recipe in these bars! In fact, I use it in my Sprouted Caramel Rolls! It is so good and has a great flavor. (Watch for recipe coming soon!)

Healthy Sprouted Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

A Craveable Crust

Needing a break from cauliflower pizza crust or Fathead pizza dough? The crust on a pizza makes or break it! After trying many different crusts which were ok, I was craving something closer to the white flour crust we all grew up on. Naturally, I tried sprouted whole wheat flour to make a super-healthy alternative to the “unhealthy” white crust. I made a pizza for our weekly “Pizza Night” and I was greatly surprised and tickled! The sprouted crust was so good and tasty!
